BENIGN DEVELOPMENT TREND OF ECO-ECONOMIC SYSTEM ON GRAY MODEL IN WESTERN CHINA SINCE CONVERSION OF FARMLAND TO FORESTRY
通过灰色模型预测中国西部农村产业结构与生活水平，认为约10年后（2017年）可建成良性生态经济系统，对关注西部可持续发展与退耕还林政策效果的学者有参考价值。
The level of economic development and ecological construction in Western China especially the rural areas related the duration of achieving the targets in China,such as sustainable development,a all-around and well-off society,etc.Based on this,by constructing Gray Model:GM(1,1)of the industrial structure and the standard of living of rural residents in Western China,this paper forecasted the optimal deadline of constructing a benign eco-economic system in rural areas in Western China is about 10 years.In other words,a more reasonable agricultural structure could be built up,and the standard of living of rural residents could achieve the well-off stage in 2017 in Western China.
