SELECTION AND DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF CONVERSION INDUSTRIES OF RESOURCE-EXHAUSTED CITIES——TAKE DAYE CITYASEXAMPLE
研究资源枯竭城市如何选择接续产业，以大冶市为例，构建了基于“两型社会”理论和比较优势的产业选择框架，提出非金属矿采选、制造业和旅游业等方向及发展模型。
Resource-based cities are now facing a challenge of sustainable development;the key solution is to implement the industrial transition.Thus finding conversion industries,the relevant theoretical and empirical studies,has become the cutting-edge and hot spots of Urban Geography's research.Positive study and theory study are adopted and quantitative analysis is combined with qualitative analysis in the dissertation.This article establishing the sustainability of evaluation index system of industry for resource-exhausted cities.Based on ‘Two-oriented society’ construction theory with comparative advantage,Daye will build conversion industries selection framework.Taking Daye as example,which is a city in transition;its conversion industry selecting will focus on select non-metallic mining,manufacturing and tourism,and put forward five models and the relative policy recommendations for conversion industry.
