Developing Directions and Ways of Construction Land Readjustment in China Based on Overseas Experience
回顾国外建设用地整理的发展历程，总结其主要原则和方法，结合中国经济与社会发展趋势，分析国外经验在中国的适用性，提出中国建设用地整理的主要发展方向和路径。
Comparing with overseas countries and areas,the construction land readjustment in China is just at the beginning. Aimed at a deeper understanding about overseas experience,this paper concludes major principles and methods of overseas construction land readjustment started from a retrospect about its developing course. Further more,considering the economic and social developing trends of our country,this paper analyses the possibilities of application of overseas experience and draws out the major directions and ways of construction land readjustment development in China.
