Legislative Implications from the Study on the Space Right of Cross-road Corridor in China Urban Planning
研究中国城市规划中跨路口廊道空间权的关键要素，并设计实际管理系统，为建立国家层面的城市空间权管理法律奠定基础。
The urban space right is the fundamental issue of planning and management that should be addressed urgently in Chinese cities.In day-to-day planning and management process we often encounter the applications of construction of cross-road corridor,not only in Beijing,but also in other cities of China.But the rule of law based on Property Law is not available.In this paper,on the basis of the case study of cross-road corridor,the author try to explore the key elements of this kind of issue and then design an actual management system for the construction application of cross-road corridor;both will lay the stone for the road to establish a national law for the urban space right administration in China.
