Value Connotation and Development Course and Running Status of Water Park

Tourism resources of water conservancy has colorful landscape types,profound cultural background and bears precious spiritual wealth,reflects comprehensive development value of the water park.By comparing with other national scenic spots,after more than ten years development,Water Park has a relatively stable developing pace,provincial spatial distribution is relative concentration,and from now on we should control the overall number of water park,cultivate boutique scenic spots,and enhance its influence and competitiveness.Based on people’s livelihood water conservancy concept,water park should impose more stringent assessment measures of ecological environment in the process of declaration,approval and operation management,improve access threshold,create dynamic management and exit mechanism.Water park should attach great importance to scenic planning and highlight the characteristics of the water conservancy tourism,promote sustainable development of water park.Particularly important,water park should construct authorized administrative organization regarding local government as main body,implement administrative system of the separation ofthe Four Powers,i.e.ownership,management power,operating power and supervising power.At last,Water park should improve tourism environment,strengthen marketing efforts in order to enhance tourism economic benefits and establish a brand ofWater Park.
