This essay analysis the basic rules of the creative industries, and on the basis it, author chose ChangshaZhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration as the research object to study the interaction mechanism of creative industry development between Resource- saving and environment- friendly society Construction. Research shows that are complementary between the creative industries and the two types of social construction, the two are mutually reinforcing.And this article also explores the policy- oriented issue of creative industries, based on the idea of promoting the Construction of Resource-saving and environment-friendly society in Hunan.
