International Experiences of Developing Disaster Resistant Community Overseas and the Suggestion to Us
通过分析美国、日本和印度尼西亚的实践，总结了国外抗灾社区建设经验，包括社区参与、利用社会资源、宣传教育等，并针对中国的问题提出政府规划、社会资源开发等建议。
Disaster resistant communities,not only means that disaster resistant community and disaster resilient community,but also including of promoting resident's participatory to the sustainable community. By the exploring of USA,Japan and Indonesia's practice,we summarize that foreign disaster resistant communities' experience including of basing on the community participatory,using of social resource,carrying on propaganda and education,and following of scientific procedures. In view of existing problem of Chinese disaster resistant community building,it is necessary to carry on government's planning and assistance,develop social resources,use of the professional team,promote community resident's participatory and achievement dissemination.
