Globalization of SARS and Study of City Emergency Mechanism
分析了SARS在中国大城市爆发暴露出的城市应急机制局限性，并针对六个关键问题提出了创新对策。
In times of globalization, our city emergency mechanism is confronted with new challenges. This can be seen from the breakout of SARS in big cities of China. The author analyzes the limitation of the emergency mechanism. If the emergency mechanism be healthy, the hazards could be prevented or relieved. So we have to innovate the mechanism according to current situation. The author respectively provides countermeasures against the six cruxes of the current mechanism.
