STUDY ON ESTABLISH OF THE LOWEST URBAN LAND PRICE SYSTEM IN PROVINCE REGION
研究了如何计算和建立省域内各城市国有土地出让的最低价格体系，采用基准地价修正法和成本逼近法等方法，对城市土地进行分类并确定各级城市的最低价。
It's an important measure to strengthen the land management that the right of using the state-owned land implements the lowest price system.On the basis of discussion on the principle,method and technical route of the land sell lowest price calculation,this paper firstly carries on urban land classification.Then,it uses the method of datum land price residues,the modification method of land price and the method of cost approache to calculate various cities' lowest land price.Finally,through comparison,it synthetically establishes the entire provincial lowest land price system which comprises the lowest land price of cities at all levels.
