R&D Performance Measurement System Based on Principal Component Analysis Method
该研究用主成分分析法将多个相关的观测变量整合为少数不相关的成分变量，再以方差占比为权重加权求和得到研发绩效总值，并验证了该方法能客观赋权并分组测量。
This model and method uses principal compoent analysis method to integrate many correlative observational variables into a few non-correlative component variables. Then,the component variables are multiplyed by the variance ratio of each of them as weight and added together to get the total value of RD performance. Finally,the investigation has proved that this model and method has two superiorities:objectively giving the weights of performance variables and grouping them for measurement.
