The Rural Municipal Facilities Construction Based on the Urban and Rural Harmonious
本文指出中国农村市政设施建设滞后、投资不足、分布不均等问题，提出加快城乡融合、加大资金投入、发挥农民主体作用等对策，对研究农村公共设施和城乡协调发展的学者有参考价值。
The construction of municipal facilities of rural areas in China is lag behind.At present,there are still some problems in the construction of rural municipal facilities: for example,lacking the stable financial investment,the lagging construction manages and maintains,the installation criteria in different areas is not equally and Distribution of the rural municipal public infrastructure is not balanced and lagging infrastructure construction.Speeding up the rural municipal administration public facility construction is very important.Therefore,this paper put forward several proposals: (1) Speeds up the process of urban-rural integration;(2) enlarges the fund investment;(3) Displays the farmer′s main body function in building socialism new countryside;(4) speeds up the rural economy development step,plans the construction policy of acting as circumstances permit and the classified instruction;(5)strengthens the maintenance management rural municipal public infrastructure.
