The model of evaluation of product quality, whose name is Gap-Model, is introduced, and it is put into practice to research of tourism destination. Authors analyzed supply and demand between tourism destination and tourists by this model, on the basis of survey of Dalian. And then found the restrictions of tourism destination. In the end concrete suggestions are provided in order to make tourism destination development sustainable.
