Discussion on Support System of Environmental Impact Assessment for Urban Comprehensive Transportation Planning Based on Gis
本文设计了基于GIS的城市综合交通规划环境影响评价支持系统的框架和功能模块，并以噪声影响评估预测模块为例进行说明，为完善规划环评理论和方法提供技术支持。
The application of information technology to environmental impact assessment for plan/program(PEIA)is the key for perfecting PEIA theory and method,can provide technical support for assessment and reduce the uncertainty of PEIA.In view of the characteristic of Environmental Impact Assessment for Urban Comprehensive Transportation Planning(UCTPEIA),framework and functional module of support system of UCTPEIA based on GIS were designed in this paper on account of requirements analysis.An example of noise impact assessment and prediction module was introduced.
