SUPPLY-DEMAND CHARACTERISTICS AND FUNCTIONAL ZONING CONSTRUCT OF MODERN SERVICES DEVELOPMENT IN THE ECONOMIC TRANSITION OF HEFEI CITY
以合肥为例，研究了现代服务业在城市经济转型中的引领作用，分析了其供需特征，并提出了促进发展的总体思路、关键产业和功能分区。
In the accelerating stage of economic and social transition in China,modern services play a key role in urban economic development.Taking Hefei city as a case study,the study contributed to understanding fully the leading effect of modern services development on urban economic transition.Firstly,the paper discussed the three major functions of modern services development in driving economic transition of Hefei city.Then,the supply-demand characteristics of modern services development were investigated in the phase of urban economic transition.Finally,the overall idea,key industries and major functional zoning for promoting modern services development were put forward.
