Urban Master Planning Implementation Evaluation System of Medium and Small Cities by the Perspective of Livable City:Case Study of Wanzhou District in Chongqing
针对中国中小城市，提出一套结合定量与定性方法的总体规划实施评估体系，并以重庆市万州区2008年规划实施为例进行应用。
Promoting small and medium cities in China has become an important carrier of the urbanization process. Overall city planning plays a most important role in the process. So, the implementation evaluation system is an important part in the overall city planning. Aiming at livable city, the research brings forward a combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation from the following aspects, such as the urban space, urban environment, urban transport, urban economic development, the building of social civilization and so on. Taking 2008 annual evaluation of implementation of the overall urban planning of Wanzhou district in Chongqing as an example, the paper explores the practical application of the evaluation system.
