A Study on Land Consolidation and Peasants’Income Increasing
利用江苏徐州1978-2010年数据，研究土地整理通过种植结构、劳动力转移和城市化影响农民收入的机制，发现规模化种植、经济作物、劳动力转移和城市化均能促进增收。
Land consolidation of residents’area is not only objective claim of intensive use of land and transformation of growth mode,but also effective approach of increasing peasants’income and reducing difference between urban and rural.With this view,we make a mechanism and empirical study on the relation between income increasing and land consolidation which causes variation of plantation,staff and urbanization with the data of each city of Jiangsu Xuzhou form 1978 to 2010.Some conclusions are drawn: firstly,the influence of increasing of plantation on peasants’income to a great degree depends on mode of land operation and variety of planted crop.Quantitative cultivating and cash crop planted will obviously increase peasants’income;secondly,increasing of staff can effectively increase peasants’income,and its extent depends on industry optimization and economic development;lastly,quickening of urbanization can increase peasants’income,and its extent should be enhanced with conversion mechanism being built and industry structure optimized.
