Spatial Distribution Charactristics of Common Houses′ Price in Xinxiang
基于2007-2008年新乡市普通住宅价格数据，利用GIS空间分析方法模拟房价空间分布，计算莫兰指数分析空间自相关性，揭示房价空间分布特征及影响因素。
Based on the common houses′ prices data in xinxiang from 2007—2008,This paper simulates the spatial distribution of property price in xinxiang using the method of spatial analysis based on GIS,Through calulating the moran′ I to analysis the spatial autocorrlation,so as to show the spatial distribution charactristics of common houses′ price and analysis its infuencing factors.The results show that the spatial distrbution of common houses′ price is of vatiability and positive correlation.The location,accessibility of transportation and orientation of city planning were consided the main influencing factors.
