Abstract

Based on the data of highway passenger within the cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province,the paper takes 16 core cities in Yangtze River Delta and Wuhan city as the research objects,analyzes the network characteristics of the interregional traffic contact within the cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province from the perspective of social network,and predicts its development trend combined with present situation and changes over the years,in order to provide references for the contact direction of interregional traffic organization in the cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province and put forward to some optimization proposals.Results show that: ①the interaction between the cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province and Nanjing is strongest,followed by Shanghai;in terms of the highway passenger scale,the leading intercourse direction of the cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province is Yangtze River Delta,thereinto the contact of east orientation is more stronger,and southeast orientation(to Hangzhou) is weaker.②in terms of the network structural feature,the network density of interregional highway passenger traffic’s spatial organization is higher(0.6118) and its network structure is loose,mainly coupled cities focus on the core cities of Yangtze River Delta.③ the paper proposes the optimization direction of interregional traffic’s spatial organization in the cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province from aspects of east contact and west expansion.
