THE GUARANTEE SYSTEM OF IMPLEMENTATION OF GENERAL LAND USE PLANNING
基于中国部分地区土地利用总体规划实践，提出保障体系的主要内容，包括用地分区、管制措施、土地整理复垦、荒地开发及低产田改良，其中用地分区与管制措施是核心。
The guarantee system is the key part of General Land Use Planning (GLUP) and can ensure the GLUP to be imple-mented better, but it is always passed out. Based on the work of GLUP of some regions in China, which the author have takenpart in, the main contents of guarantee system are brought out, which include land use zonation, land use controlled measures,land rearrangement and reclaimation, wasteland development, improving low productive land. The land use zonation and the at-tached controlled measures are the core of the guarantee system. Each content of the guarantee system is elaborated.
