Dynamic Evolution Analysis of China's Marine Economy Development Based on Kernel Density Estimation
利用核密度函数和基尼系数,分析2000-2012年中国沿海11省份海洋经济人均产出和海岸经济密度的动态演化趋势,发现其呈单峰分布,差异主要由均值效应主导。
Marine economic development dynamic evolution analysis research has an important meaning to accurately grasp the situation of marine economy development of our country. In this paper, by constructing the kernel density function model and the Gini coefficient of marine economic output per capita and coast economic density, with the 11 provinces along the coast of China as an example, using the data from 2000-2012, describes the dynamic evolution trend and laws of development of Marine economy, and by using the Gini coefficient for spatial analysis. Conclusion by kernel density function decomposition, dynamic is a single-peak distribution in marine economy development in our country. In the index of marine economic output per capita annual, the difference is dominated by the mean effect, over the years with an average of 88.79%. The second is the variance effect, the average years value of 11.21%. In coast economic density annual difference decomposition, is still dominated by the mean effect, for many years with an average of86.91%, followed by the variance effect, for many years with an average of 13.09%.Thus, the mean effect and the total annual difference distribution effect are in the same direction. By Gini coefficient, the evaluation from the spatial dimension of spatial differences in different years, and by comparing the effect of the Gini coefficient difference and variance effect, in order to fully characterize the dynamic evolution of China's coastal marine economic development in the two dimensions of time and space.
