MAIN FUNCTION ZONING BASED ON KILOMETER GRID AND THE ADJUSTMENT IN CITY AREA——A CASE STUDY OF GUANGZHOU CITY
以广州市为例,基于公里网格和GIS技术,构建指标体系划分主体功能区,并通过三维魔方图聚类和政策强制区调整,探索面向村级实践的城市功能区划方法。
The study of main function zone is a hot and key field of current regional sustainable development. Taking Guangzhou city as an example,this paper builds the index system with emphasis on current land use,uses GIS technology to make spatial analysis based on kilometer grid,divides the secondary subarea of main function zoning on the basis of the importance level of resource and environment,existing development density and potential development capacity. Finally,through clustering of three-dimensional magic cube map and adjustment of main function in compulsory regions of policy,it explores the methods of main function zoning in city area facing village-level practice. The final zoning includes 2 exploitation prohibited zones,3 restricted development zones,3 preferential development zones,1 optimized development zone and 1 reserved zone. The structure and location of the main function zoning is consistent with the developing strategy of Guangzhou and it will make a contribution to the coordinated development of Guangzhou city.
