RESEARCH SPATIAL LAYOUT OPTIMIZATION OF RURAL RESIDENTIAL LAND IN LAND USE PLANNING AT TOWNSHIP——A CASE OF LIAOTIAN TOWN IN HENGNAN COUNTY
分析了廖田镇农村居民点用地的特征与问题，构建空间分布体系，提出宏观四级优化体系和微观三种规划模式，并用Mapgis软件进行空间调整。
Overall plan of land utilization is theleading factorof land utilization management.It plays an important role in the cause of our country's land management.But because of the lack of systematic plan for a long time,rural residential land has the characteristics of scattered distribution and unreasonable,extensive use, which are restraints to improve farmers'living standards and the modernization of the rural economy and agriculture.So it is necessary to research the optimization of rural residential land in the new round overall plan of land utilization,which will guide the scientific management of rural settlements land.This paper analyze the characteristics and problems of rural residential land in Liaotian town,construct rural residential land spatial distribution system and choose the representative region.Put forward the means of space optimization and build up the four-level system of optimizing spatial distribution of settlements macroscopically,from the micro aspects of the design three modes of rural residential land plan:city and countryside fusion,center village reconstruction and industry first.At last with Mapgis software's support,choose representative regions to make the microscopic spatial arrangement adjustment.
