Research on Carrying Capacity and Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources in Liaoning Province
本文用承载力分析法结合最新统计数据，定量分析了辽宁省水资源配置状况，发现全省整体处于水资源承载力赤字状态，且东部水资源明显优于西部，并提出了可持续利用对策。
Liaoning is a fresh water resources deficient province in China. This article uses the carrying capacity analysis method, unions the newest statistical data, carries on the quantitative analysis to the disposition status of Liaoning's water resources. The result indicated: the situation of Liaoning's water carrying capacity is stern, compares to the total quantity of population, Liaoning overall is under the condition of water carrying capacity deficit; at the same time, Liaoning's water resources is very imbalanced in interurban assignment, the situation of the water resources in the eastern area obviously surpasses the western area. On the basis of quantitative analysis, this article further proposed the countermeasures to the sustainable utilization of the water resources in Liaoning province.
