On the Function of Development Finance for the Industrial Group in the Urban Development Ring of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei
研究了京津冀城市发展圈产业群发展不足的问题，提出国家开发银行可通过发展融资在规划、政策、基建和金融方面发挥关键作用。
Beijing-Tianjin-Heibei Urban Development Ring Area is the economic center, but it did not serve as the engine for the regional economy. One of the main causes is the insufficient development industrial group. The State's Development Bank, as the government's financial unit could make the key function for accelerating the area in development finance. The paper makes a brief introduction of the theory of industrial grouping and analyzes the problem and status of Beijing-Tianjin-Heibei Urban Development Ring Area, as well as proposes the way of development planning, regional policies, basic facilities and finances.
