Analysis of the Influence on Exploitation Amount of TDRs
基于可转让开发权（TDRs）项目发送区和接收区的选择原则，以武汉市洪山区为例，构建博弈预测模型，分析TDRs设置前后开发量的变化，发现开发量增加与否取决于两区面积比、土地利润和建筑成本。
Based on the principle of choicing sending zone and receiving zone of Transferable Development Rights(TDRs) program,this paper choices the sending zone and receiving zone of TDRs program in Hongshan District of Wuhan City.Then an gambling prediction model of exploitation amount of the sending zone and receiving zone of TDRs program is developed,calculating and comparing the exploitation amount before and after the setting of TDRs,it shows that setting the TDRs program not always causing the increase of exploitation amount.It determines by the ratio of sending zone area and receiving zone area,the land profit and the building cost of sending zone and receiving zone.
