Entered a period of rapid urbanization,the transition to environment-friendly city has become the key to Beijing's scientific development. The most important way to transition to environment-friendly cities is to build a economic development model which important feature is circular economy. Based on the analysis of the progress and problems of circular economy in Beijing,the paper put forwards how to establish an all-round financial support system to meet the financial needs of circular economy development.
