THE EXPLOITATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE ECOTOURIST RESOURTS
分析了生态旅游兴起的背景和定义，提出其五个特征，并强调开发管理中需考虑地方特色、环境保护等五个因素以实现可持续发展，以Yearning茶园为例说明。
This paper analyses the background of the advent of ecotorism as well as its definition. Five features are suggested regarding this tour product, namely its naturalness, elegance, human involvement, high cost and high added values. The author holds that in the process of exploitation and management the following 5 factors should be seriously considered to ensure its sustainable development: local feature, environmental protection, division of different function areas, ecological nature and personnel training. Yearning Tea Plantation is a tourist resort combines with three-high agriculture (high-yield, high-quality and high-efficiency), ecological agriculture and ecotour. It includes the unique ecological idea, abundant cultural connotation and elegant and delicate style. It sets an example to the exploitation and management for the ecotourist regions.
