The Decision Model,Innovation Risk and Relationship Governance of R&D Outsourcing
基于交易成本理论和资源理论，建立研发外包决策模型，分析创新风险（如吸收能力不足、知识外溢、缺乏知识共享激励），并提出通过信任和声誉机制维护外包关系。
It develops a systematic framework for managing RD outsourcing.Firstly,a outsourcing decision model is established based on the transaction cost theory and the resource theory;secondly,the innovation risks of RD outsourcing are analyzed,most of which are related to a lack of Absorptive capacity,unnecessary knowledge spillovers and no incentive for knowledge-sharing;measures on how to encourage knowledge sharing are provided,and finally,it points out that trust and reputation are two major mechanisms for maintaining RD outsourcing relationship.
