ANALYZE THE REGIONAL CLUSTERS' SELF - FERTILITY CAUSE OF RISK
指出区域集群风险的根本原因在于其自身带来竞争优势的特性，并构建了风险自我滋生模型，为集群风险管理和可持续发展提供建议。
From the perspective of regional clusters' risk and sustainability, and based on a brief comment on the theory of cluster's cyclical risk and structural risk, this paper points out the deficiency of the previous theory. Through building the model of regional cluster's self- fertility cause of risk, the paper indicates that the radical cause of regional cluster' s risk is just the cluster's self characteristic which brings competitive advantages to the cluster. At last, based on explanation of the relationship between self-fertility and cyclical/structural risk of cluster, the paper hopes to provide some useful suggestions for the research and practice of settling the clusters' risk and gaining the sustainability of regional clusters.
