A RESEARCH ON THE URBAN SPACE INFLUENCE ZONE AND THE DIVISION OF URBAN ECONOMIC REGION IN HUNAN PROVINCE
通过主成分分析评价湖南省14个中心城市的综合实力，选取6个城市分析其空间影响，进而划分城市经济区，为区域规划提供依据。
This paper established a comprehensive strength evaluation system of the cities in Hunan Province through the way of main components analysis.By using mathematical methods,this paper tries to achieve the comprehensive strength evaluation and grading levels of 14 central cities.According to the city's comprehensive strength index,this paper selected 6 central cities,and then evaluated the space influence on their neighbor towns.According to the power of space influence,this paper conformed the economic region of Hunan province.Based on the economic impact,this paper carried out a comprehensive study of the regional characteristics of central cities,their realistic conditions,developmental potentiality,thus identifying urban economic zone boundaries.
