THE EVOLUTION RESEARCH OF DUAL EMBEDDEDNESS OF KNOWLEDGE NETWORK ON CLUSTERED FIRM:A CASE OF ZHENGTAI GROUP
研究了集群企业如何整合本地与超本地知识网络，以正泰集团为例分析了双重嵌入性的动态演化过程及其机制。
Local knowledge network and ultra-local knowledge network have different natures and functions,while clustered firms should achieve an organic integration of both of them to get heterogeneous resources and capabilities.However,the situation of dual embeddedness is a dynamic evolutionary process,which constrained by the types of knowledge needs and the existing resources.Therefore,the content of dual embeddedness of knowledge network is defined based on related theories of knowledge network firstly;then the dynamic evolution is analyzed combining with the case of Zhengtai Group;finally,the conclusions of evolution mechanism is put forward.
