Risk investment has been approved an effective way to promote the development of high technology industry and small business.In US,venture funds are usually operated and controlled by non-government organizations and private business.It holds that as an RD plan subsidized by US government,ATP has given full play functions of venture capital,and greatly counteracted the weaknesses of private venture capital,though it isn't a venture fund founded by US government at all;on the basis of reasonable division,ATP and private venture capital have jointly promoted the development of high technology industry of US.Also,ATP is helpful to improve the management of our national science and technology plans.
