The Study of Spatial Pattern Characteristics and Evolution Process of Producer Services in Nanjing
利用南京生产性服务业点数据，通过M函数、局部空间自相关和核密度估计等方法，分析了新中国成立后南京生产性服务业的空间集聚特征和演化过程，发现其从单中心向多中心模式转变。
In the era of knowledge economy producer services plays a huge role in the regional innovation system that makes it become the most important part of the modern service industry,which plays an outstanding role on urban spatial structure and regional development.In this paper,the point data of the producer service in Nanjing were used,with the help of GIS spatial statistical analysis software industry agglomeration measures such as M function,local spatial autocorrelation and kernel estimation were applied to comprehensively analyze the spatial pattern characteristics and evolution process of producer service in Nanjing after the founding of PRC.The results show that producer services in Nanjing as a whole or as different industries both present spatial agglomeration characteristics,but the degree of agglomeration were very different,scientific research and comprehensive technical services had the highest degree of agglomeration,most of the industries agglomeration radius were less than 1km.Meanwhile,the hot spots of producer services enterprises in Nanjing appear the evolution and migration phenomenon,is in the processing from the area of city center to the surrounding areas especially the sub-city area.The spatial structure mode is gradually changing from the single-core clustering model to the sub-center clustering model and further to multi-core model.
