ON PROBLEM OF COMPENSATION OF REGIONAL ECOENVIRONMENTAL CONSTRUCTION
从地理学的人地关系视角，分析了区域生态环境建设中受益者与受损者之间的公平补偿问题，提出建设区域应获得多元补偿，并由生态建设相关产业或企业主导实施。
The research on the problem of compensation of regional ecoenvironmental construction, how to adjust the problem fairly between the benificiary and the victim of direct effect of ecoenvironmental construction, has many different angles. One of them is theoretical view of geography. In this paper, the author applied the thought of man-land relationship, the core of study of geography, analysed the compensatory problem of regional ecoenvironmental construction, and made the conclusion that the areas of ecoenvironmental construction should get multi-compensation and it should be operated mainly by these industries or enterprises of ecovironmental construction.
