Research on the Application of Chaos Theory in the Management of S&T Start-up Ventures
基于混沌理论，探讨了高科技初创企业的混沌特征和复杂性，证明了用混沌理论研究这些企业的可行性，并提出了混沌模型来揭示其独特的管理规则和策略。
Based on the theory of chaos,it discusses the chaotic meanings and complicated characteristics of high-tech new ventures,and proves the feasibility of using chaos theory to study these ventures.Therefore,a chaotic model is proposed to post the unique management rules and strategies of the new ventures.At last,a related case is also put forward to study the organization design,leadership,decision,and process control,which is a good combination of the chaos theory with the management of high-tech new ventures.
