The Employment Competitiveness and Strategy of Ethnic Minority in Scattered Mixed Cities
研究了散杂居城市少数民族在民族企业和一般企业中的就业竞争优势，提出政府应发展民族产业、增加岗位、提供培训和服务来提升其竞争力。
This paper begins with the employment situation of ethnic minorities in scattered and mixed cities.Then we respectively researches the competitive advantage of minorities in ethnic minority enterprises and general enterprises in urban labour market.The policy suggestion is that government should develop minority industries,increase jobs,help minorities by training and service,in order to enhance their competitive advantage in labour market of scattered and mixed cities.
