Recycling economy is a new kind of economic developing mode that advocates sustainable development.The traditional economic developing mode,representing byExcessive exploitation,exceeding waste,and inefficient utilizationcharacters,has been existing inHuaibei Huainancoalfield cities for decades and restricting these two cities’sustainable development proceeding.Therefore,changing economic growth mode and developing recycling economy which follows three recycling economy mode respectively applying inside the coal-mining enterprise,among these enterprises,and between these enterprise and society,has become the necessary and only choice forHuaibei Huainancoalfield cities when they are exploring new industrialization road.
