The paper establishes a relevant matrix model on the basis of an analysis on the infrastructure investment demand. By analyzing the statistic data on the urban population and infrastructure investment in more than a decade, the paper estimates infrastructure investment demand in the future by means of establishing relevant equality, conducting assessment of I0 and employing it in the matrix model. By this way, the paper makes some valuable deduction for the reference of investment plan decision-makers.
