Study on the Evaluation of Urban-rural Integration of Less-developed Areas:Taking Gansu Province as an Example
构建了欠发达地区城乡一体化评价指标体系，用德尔菲法确定权重，以甘肃省为例进行实证分析，发现其城乡一体化水平低、两极分化严重且与人均GDP正相关，并提出规划、基础设施等建议。
Based on the analysis on the index system of evaluation on urban-rural integration in China,combined with the actual situation of less-developed areas,the index system of evaluation of urban-rural integration of less-developed areas is constructed,and then the Delphi method is used to determine the index weight.The statistical data is used to do an empirical study in Gansu Province,and the evaluation results show that the overall level of urban-rural integration of Gansu Province is low,serious polarization,and positively correlated with per capita GDP.Finally,some measures,such as the urban and rural planning,infrastructure,public services,industrial structure,urban functions and institution,are proposed for Gansu Province to further promote the urban-rural integration.
