To speed up the development of financial industry in Hunan is the demand of developing Hunan’s economy and constructing the CZX two-oriented society. At present, financial development in Hunan is slow that is cause of inappropriate financial policy, capital outflows from financial institutions, emergence of hidden financial risks. So, Hunan must develop financial policy, optimize the financial ecological environment, improve organization system and market system of financial industry and promote financial innovation in order to develop financial industry in Hunan.
