A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE GOVERNMENT BEHAVIOR IN THE MIGRATION OF WORKFORCE IN THE RURAL AREAS
分析了中国改革开放后城乡差距扩大及农业生产力提高导致农村剩余劳动力大量涌现的问题，通过案例研究探讨了政府在此迁移过程中应发挥的主要作用。
This essay analyses the widening gap between the rural area and urban area after China initiated its opening policy and summarized that the improvement in the productivity in the agriculture industry leads to great amount of surplus workforce in our rural areas. Then through several case studies, it identifies our tasks in solving this problem, it also analyses the difficulties and restraints in this transformation process from different perspectives. Finally it concludes that government should play a major role in helping this large amount of surplus workforce in this migration process.
