A Fuzzy Evaluation Approach to the Evaluation of Livable Community
基于北京交道口地区居民问卷数据，用模糊评价法找出社区宜居性的关键障碍，发现居民更关注安全、住房等物理因素，对邻里关系满意度高但对住房条件评价低，为社区规划提供建议。
With the return of humanism in the beginning of the 21st century,livability becomes a keyword in urban development,wherein community plays a more and more important role.Focusing on the evaluation of community livability,this paper aims at identifying the key obstacles toward constructing livable community in local scale and residents′ subjective perspective,and providing implications in community planning.Based on the stratified sampling questionnaire data of residents in Jiao-Daokou Area in Beijing,this paper uses fuzzy evaluation method to proceed.It founds out that the result of livability′s fuzzy evaluation has a low tendency,which may be caused by the negative relation between attention degree and degree of the factors.Specifically,the residents care more about physical factors such as security and housing condition,and care less about social capital and local characteristics.Meanwhile they express the most with neighborhood and family relationship,and speak low of housing conditions and physical environment.Thus suggestions are given that more attention should be paid to those high attention-low satisfaction factors in future community plan,such as lighting,ventilation,building quality,sanitation and noises.The significance of evaluation on livable community lies not only in that it provides support for the construction of livable city and harmonious society,but also in that it becomes a predetermined way to realize public participation on local community level.
