Measurement on the Urbanization Bubble in China:Empirical Study Based on the 35 Large and Middle Cities
研究了1999至2008年中国35个大中城市在人口、经济、空间和生活城市化中的泡沫现象，发现经济、人口和空间存在泡沫，且东部城市泡沫最高，并提出制度创新和资源分配的政策建议。
This paper is a research conducted in terms of problems arising from rapid urbanization.In addition to that,this research is a deep analysis of 35 cities from1999 to 2008,with the perspectives of urbanization of population,economy,space and life.Findings are as follows:(1) Generally speaking,economy,population and space take on bubble phenomenon while life urbanization is sort of insignificant.(2) The bubble phenomenon is regional,with that in cities of east china being the highest.After the analysis,the author proposes policy advice for system innovation and resource allocation.
