Study on the Driving Mechanism of Sustainable Development in Resource-based Cities in China
研究了资源型城市可持续发展的驱动机制，提出DPSIR模型解释内外因素如何通过压力-应力机制影响城市发展，并为地方政府和上级政府提供了政策建议。
Resource-based cities are those cities that emerged and grew up from local nature resource exploitation,having special functions of exporting raw resource products to other regions.Most of them have been or are dropping into development crisis since 1990s.All factors that effect their sustainable development come not only from urban interior,but also from changes in domestic and international macroeconomics environments.All kinds of internal and external variables affect each internal factors and change urban internal structure;at the same time,changes in urban internal structure lead to corresponding responses and produce a stress which effects its external environment,this called pressure-stress mechanism.On basis of multiplicator effects and proliferation-echo effect,it promoted resource-based cities to develop in the end.This paper puts forward DPSIR Model to reveal the sustainable development mechanism of resource-based cities.what's more,this paper also promoted some proposals the sustainable development of resource-based cities accordingly:local government should get rid of the dependent mentality of waiting for,relying on and asking for in order to get survival and develop in intense market competition,and seek external aids basis of self-reliance,depending mainly their own hard work;at the same time,central and provincial government should also give proper support to them in process of the large variety of macro-policies.
