The global financial crisis broke out;the development of Hunan’s cultural industry has been posed a severe challenge.However,the Chinese and foreign industry practices have been proved that the challenges and the rare development opportunities are exist at the same time.Hunan’s cultural enterprises should seize the opportunity to implement such as consummate operational mechanism,innovate business model,and widely use high technology,to create its own brand name and other practical and effective countermeasures to achieve development in the crisis.The government of Hunan province should perform their duties seriously and actively support the development of Hunan’s cultural industry.
