The mechanism of participatory improvement of urban space
基于台北社区建设与管理经验，探讨了在邻里改善计划推动下，建立市民参与公共空间改善的机制，包括制度重组、社区规划师培养、法规制定等。
Based on the experiences of community constructing and management in Taipei, the paper explores, promoted with the neightborhood improvement program, community planner and neighborhood development plan, establishment of mechanism on civil participatory improvement of public space, institutional restructure of neighborhood overall spatial improvement, training and culturing of community planners, making regulations on neighborhood overall spatial improvement, networking of neighborhood resources and services and enlarging and deepening the neighborhood planning education, and so on.
