The Assessment Study of Destination Suitability for Interactive Tourism Retirement Scheme among Different Places Based on GIS
以长株潭地区为例，用层次分析法和GIS软件，从消费水平、交通便利性等13个因素评估不同地点对互动旅游养老方案的适宜性，为养老目的地选择提供决策依据。
Due to the rapid growth of elderly population in China, the aged population phenomenon has drawn the attention of the whole world. Under this circumstance, the tourism based on pension plan becomes a hot topic. As a new pension mode, it is gradually accepted and the selection of destination among different places is a key part of its development. The evaluation index system of the destination of interactive tourism retirement scheme among different places(ITRS) can be built by means of AHP method, applying ArcGIS software and taking 100m×100m grid as the basic unit and taking the Changsha- Zhuzhou- Xiangtan region as the study area, this article quantitatively evaluates and regionalizes the suitability of ITRS by selecting thirteen impact factors, such as consumption level, transportation convenience index, medical condition, shopping condition, economic opportunity, moisture- temperature index, water landscape index, pollution index, population density, topographic relief index, proximity to landscape and proximity to recreational facilities etc. In the end, the pension suitability evaluation can provide decision-making basis for selection.The results include two parts. Firstly, the suitability evaluation of ITRS ranges from 0.28 to 0.79, with a median of 0.54,and shows a good general suitability. Secondly, from the view of spatial structure, the suitability index of ITRS has a spatial variation. For instance, places around cities and natural landscapes are considered as suitable areas, whereas the places far away from cities and natural landscapes are considered as low-suitable areas, and other regions are considered as general-suitable areas.
