ENERGY ANALYSIS AND SUSTAINABILITY ASSESSMENT OF THE ECOLOGICAL-ECONOMIC SYSTEM OF TIANJIN CITY
基于能值分析方法,研究了天津市1998-2007年生态经济系统的能值流动,发现不可再生资源占比高、人口超载,可持续性指数下降,并提出了提高可持续发展能力的建议。
Based on the methods of emergy analysis,this paper studied the emergy flow in the ecological economic system of Tianjin in 1998—2007,and the emergy sustainable index quantitative analysis on the ecological economic structure and development status of Tianjin.The results showed that in Tianjin Province,the non-renewable resources occupied 89% of the total consumed emergy in 2007,and the realistic population in 2007 was 1.56 time higher than the supportable population,exceed 4.02 million.In 1998—2007,emergy self-support ratio decreased from 0.70 to 0.45,emergy yield ratio decreased from 3.69 to 2.37,emergy loading ratio increased from 4.33 to 14.45,and emergy sustainable index decreased from 0.85 to 0.16.Tianjin is highly depended on the input of emergy.The pollution control has not decreased the environmental loading,and the development sustainability was relatively low.To realize the sustainable development in Tianjin city,more concerns should be paid on reducing of energy use,improving the added values of products and developing cycle economic.Some suggestions are put forward to increase the sustainable development ability to Tianjin city.
