A STUDY ON THE MECHANISMS MODES OF HIGH-TECH INDUSTRY VENTURE CAPITAL IN HUNAN PROVINCE
分析了湖南省高科技产业与风险投资的现状，提出了该省风险投资的运作机制、筹资机制和退出机制，并指出构建服务体系和法律体系的必要性。
The paper analyses the present conditions of Hunan Provinces' high-tech industry and venture capital,bringing forward the mechanisms and the modes of Hunan Province venture capital. The system includes the operation mechanisms of venture capital and venture enterprises, the mechanism of venture capital fundraising,the withdraw mechanism of venture capital and so on. At the same time, the paper points out it is necessary for the development of venture capital to construct the service systems and establish the system of related laws.
