Thinking on Building and Improving the Operation Environment for Industrial Venture Capital in China
本文指出中国产业风险投资存在规模小、回报低、结构不合理等问题，关键在于运营环境不完善，建议政府为私人资本提供便利、完善法律体系、设立二板市场并营造适宜的社会环境。
There are problems for long time in chinese industrial venture capitals,such as small scales and low returns,inappropriate fund structure,and irrational operations,for where the imperfect operation environment for industrial venture capital is one of the key factor. This paper points out that,for building and improving the operation environment,the government should play an active role in providing facilities and tools for private capitals,establish proper legal system to promote private capital to become the main body of industrial venture capitals,and gradually set up the second board stock market and build suitable social environment for current national situations.
